Field Service Supervisor – Leading Materials Handling Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in materials handling systems, where you’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership, project coordination, and customer service excellence.

As a Field Service Supervisor, you’ll take charge of installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair projects across a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. You’ll also guide and support a team of service technicians and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise technicians and subcontractors to deliver service and installation projects.
• Perform hands-on field work – installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Support the Service Manager to achieve growth and service excellence targets.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional technical support.
• Travel to customer sites locally and interstate to deliver projects and service commitments.
• Prepare service reports, maintain tools and equipment, and uphold strong safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

• A-Grade Electrical Licence and solid experience leading technical or field service teams.
• Proven ability in project supervision, scheduling, and hands-on mechanical/electrical work.
• PLC experience (Siemens preferred) and ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong safety focus with relevant licences (forklift, working at heights, confined space, etc.).
• A positive “can-do” attitude, flexibility to travel, and pride in delivering exceptional service.
