Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct calls, ensuring efficient communication across departments
- Manage the front desk, maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment
- Assist with general administration tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Support property managers with coordination and office duties as needed
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date filing system
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or admin role (real estate experience is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive attitude and a team player mentality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment
