Service Technician - Gold Coast

We’re seeking a motivated Service Technician to join a growing and well-established business specialising in advanced machinery including fibre and CO₂ laser cutters, press brakes, welders, printers and more. What You’ll Be Doing

• Installation and servicing of CO₂ laser cutting, UV printing and marking machinery
• Providing customer training on machine operation and software
• Troubleshooting mechanical, technical and application issues
• Supporting customers with software and design-related queries
• Demonstrating machinery to prospective clients in the showroom
• Providing phone and email support
• Managing service schedules and bookings
• Preparing documentation and user instructions

About the Role

• Based in Coomera (Gold Coast)
• Travel required across Queensland, with occasional interstate trips
• Company vehicle and phone provided
• Hands-on, varied role combining technical work and customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to learn new technology and systems
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
