My client supports research for basic human needs that ensure quality of life. They have been developing and manufacturing analytical instrumentation (analyzers) for organic elemental analysis.
Due to an internal promotion, they currently require the expertise of an experienced service engineer based in Melbourne who will be responsible for providing:
- clear and concise maintenance documentation of all analytical instrumentation
- remote technical support demonstrating in-depth knowledge of analytical instrumentation such as Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometers (IRMS) and combustion analyzers.
The successful candidate ideally must have the following: a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and support staff in person, by phone or via email
- Demonstrates experience working with a CRM System and the MS Office Application
