Estimator

The Role:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and documentation
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring all estimates are delivered on time and within scope
• Supporting the project team with budgets, variations, and cost tracking

About You:

• Previous experience as an Estimator in construction (residential, commercial, or fit-out experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
