Pinstripe Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded firm located in the Lake Macquarie area to find an experienced Family and Estates law Solicitor who enjoys running matters independently, while also playing a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members.
You’ll be joining a well-established boutique firm with deep community roots, known for its client-first approach, high-quality legal work and personalised service. With a broad practice spanning family law and estates, the team prides itself on building trusted relationships and delivering practical, outcomes-focused advice.
This is a rare opportunity offering true flexibility—ideally 3–4 days per week, with openness to full-time for the right person.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload across family law and wills & estates
- Run files autonomously from start to finish
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering practical and empathetic guidance
- Provide hands-on mentoring, coaching and knowledge-sharing to junior solicitors
- Contribute to a collaborative, close-knit team environment
About You
You are an experienced Solicitor who:
- Has 5+ years PAE
- Brings strong experience in family law, with exposure to wills and estates
- Is confident managing matters independently
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
- Values flexibility, autonomy and a boutique team culture
What’s on Offer

- Salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 + super (pro-rata for part-time)
