Are you an experienced Conveyancer ready to join a respected, client-focused firm offering a supportive and dynamic work environment? We’re seeking a professional who can manage their own files from start to finish and deliver exceptional client service.

About the Role

You’ll independently handle a busy and varied caseload of approximately 10 - 15 settlements per week, while opening new files and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of property transactions in a collaborative, well-established team located in Hoppers Crossing.

  • Section 173 Agreements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage conveyancing files independently from instruction to settlement.
  • Prepare and lodge all relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, financial institutions, and legal representatives.
  • Conduct settlements using PEXA software.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.

About You

  • Minimum 4 years of conveyancing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage files independently.
  • Proficient in PEXA and TriConvey software.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and client service focus.
  • Hold relevant conveyancing qualifications.
