Your role will include:

• Liaising with clients, other lawyers, counsel and colleagues
• Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements and child support agreements
• Court attendances and briefing Counsel
• Preparation for and attendances at mediations

 What You Need to excel in this role?

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in family law (Family Accreditation is favorably looked upon)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
• To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively
• Be client-focused & competent in providing advice and representation
• Strong attention to detail and be professionally presented
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• In-depth understanding of Family Law legislation and practice and procedures

 Competitive salary packages ranging from $130,000 to $280,000 (based upon experience), plus structured bonuses are on offer to secure the right candidates.
