We are actively looking for Juniors, Associates, Senior Associates, Special Council and potential Partners in the area of Family Law.

Our client's focus on providing exceptional service, up to date advice, and assist clients navigate and achieve positive outcomes.

Your role will include:

  • Liaising with clients, other lawyers, counsel and colleagues
  • Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements and child support agreements
  • Court attendances and briefing Counsel
  • Preparation for and attendances at mediations
  • The opportunity to build and develop your profile though the preparation of articles and presentations at networking events including firm hosted seminars

 What You Need to excel in this role?

  • Minimum2+ years’ experience in family law
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
  • To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively
  • Be client-focused & competent in providing advice and representation
  • Strong attention to detail and be professionally presented
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management skills
  • In-depth understanding of Family Law legislation and practice and procedures
