What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a talented accounting team and foster their development, in both locations
• Drive client engagement across a diverse portfolio (SMEs, family groups, SMSF, HNW individuals).
• Deliver tax, compliance, and advisory services with strong commercial acumen.
• Identify business opportunities and help shape the strategic vision of the firm.
• Play a hands-on role in tax planning, structuring, ATO engagements & interacting with clients
• Be the go-to for client and technical solutions and internal leadership—your voice will be heard.
• Be the firms principal tax agent

What You Bring to the Role

• CA/CPA/IPA qualified with 7+ years in public practice (MUST HAVE).
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Track record of managing substantial client fees and delivering high-quality advisory.
• Registered Tax Agent
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business growth and client success.
• Driven, down-to-earth, and ready to take the next big step in your career.
