About the Role

Pinstripe Recruitment is seeking a motivated and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a premium-grade suburban office asset. Working onsite alongside an experienced Senior Facilities Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up in their facilities management career in a well-maintained and recently upgraded commercial environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs
  • Conducting regular inspections of common areas and plant rooms
  • Supporting contractor procurement and management
  • Assisting in budget forecasting and expense tracking (CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Maintaining compliance and accurate asset registers
  • Monitoring contractor work for quality and minimal disruption
  • Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in procurement, invoicing, and financial record management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in facilities management, property services, or a related field (preferred)
  • Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Eager to learn and develop under senior guidance
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team
