Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner

Full-Time | Remote + Community-Based | NSW

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team.

This leadership-focused role is ideal for a practitioner confident in managing complex behaviour support cases while mentoring and supporting other Behaviour Support Practitioners.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
  • Complete assessments, FBAs, and behaviour support plans
  • Support restrictive practice reduction strategies
  • Provide mentoring and clinical guidance to BSP team members
  • Collaborate with allied health clinicians and stakeholders
  • Contribute to service growth and referral pathways

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced Practitioner status under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
  • Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
  • Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting clinicians
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current driver’s licence
