Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner
Full-Time | Remote + Community-Based | NSW
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team.
This leadership-focused role is ideal for a practitioner confident in managing complex behaviour support cases while mentoring and supporting other Behaviour Support Practitioners.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
- Complete assessments, FBAs, and behaviour support plans
- Support restrictive practice reduction strategies
- Provide mentoring and clinical guidance to BSP team members
- Collaborate with allied health clinicians and stakeholders
- Contribute to service growth and referral pathways

Essential Requirements
- Advanced Practitioner status under the NDIS PBS Capability Framework
- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
- Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting clinicians
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current driver’s licence
