 About the role:

You’ll be involved in a broad range of administrative and client-facing tasks, including:

  • Answering phones and managing enquiries
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing and collating legal documents
  • Assisting with contracts under direction
  • Word processing, dictation and transcription (significant component of the role)
  • General administrative and office support
  • Keeping the office organised and running smoothly

 What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership
  • Previous experience in a legal firm (essential)
  • Conveyancing and property experience highly regarded

 Important requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia required
  • Not suitable for law students or law graduates – this is a career administration role
  • Ability to work full-time in the office (no WFH)
