Our client is a forward-thinking progressive, fast-growing boutique restructuring, recovery, insolvency, and advisory practice that operates throughout Australia.

As a result of significant growth, they now have a role available for a PA/Office Administrator.

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role which will include a diverse range of duties, including client facing.

This is an outstanding role where you can utilise and develop your skills with a company who can offer a long-term future.

You will have great mentors and be part of a growing close-knit team and full training will be provided.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

·       General reception duties including answering and redirecting telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and general errands

·       Preparation of documents and general correspondence

·       Calendar management

·       Updating data bases and online statutory portals

  • Liaison with government departments and professional bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC ,etc
  • Administrative tasks including filling, scanning and photocopying
  • Assisting with reconciliations and month end billings 

·       Assisting to coordinate and execute corporate events ~ manage all invitations, arrange catering and set up of the events.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement goals of the firm

 Skills and Experience:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail and have advanced computer skills with competent in use of MS Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Is motivated by being challenged and driven to exceed expectations
  • Is passionate about people and goes above and beyond to provide a good client experience
  • Possesses initiative and the ability to work flexibly within a team
  • Demonstrated experience working in a public accounting practice or professional services sector would be viewed favourably
  • A thinker that will contribute ideas to implementing efficiencies
  • Strong team player who is eager to learn new tasks, systems, processes, and software
