Landscape Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee various construction projects and ensure we run smoothly and efficiently.

Join our down-to-earth and welcoming team in our Epping office! As a key member of our crew, you'll collaborate with landscape architects to make a real difference by building awesome playgrounds and parklands for local councils. With occasional on-site visits for a change of scenery, you'll enjoy a great mix of office camaraderie and the hands-on satisfaction of shaping our communities.

What you'll do:

• Supervise the installation and construction of projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, timelines, specifications, and drawings.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to plan and execute projects.
• Prepare and submit project reports to clients and management.
• Maintain quality control and ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of Site Foreman personnel.
• Foster a safe work environment and report any incidents as required.

What we're looking for:

• Current Victorian Drivers Licence and a Trade Certificate/Qualification in Landscape/Horticulture/Management (or 5+ years' experience).
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Physically fit for outdoor work in all seasons.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and landscaping techniques.
