What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full sales process—from listing to settlement
- Conduct property inspections and host open homes
- Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Attend and support listing and appraisal appointments
- Maintain and update an active client database
- Make outbound calls and nurture warm leads
- Participate in coaching, training, and personal development
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales or real estate experience
- A passion for property and a hunger for results
- A current NSW Real Estate Licence (or Assistant Agent Certificate with intent to upgrade)
- A valid NSW driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor
- Strong time management and organisational skills
