Pinstripe Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded firm located in (Lake Macquarie area) to find an experienced Family, Wills & Estates Solicitor who enjoys running matters independently within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
You’ll be joining a well-established boutique firm with deep community roots, known for its client-first approach, high-quality legal work and personalised service. The team prides itself on building trusted relationships and delivering practical, outcomes-focused advice.
This position is ideally full-time, however part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse caseload across family law and wills & estates
- Run files autonomously from start to finish
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering practical and empathetic guidance
- Support and assist junior solicitors as part of a collaborative team culture
- Contribute to a close-knit and supportive working environment
About You
You are a Solicitor who:
- Has 3+ years PAE
- Brings strong experience in family law, with exposure to wills and estates
- Is confident managing matters independently
- Values flexibility, autonomy and a boutique team culture
- Enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering practical outcomes
