What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management

✔️ Current Real Estate Certificate (Agent’s Rep, or Cert of Registration)

✔️ Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation

✔️ Proficiency with property management software — ideally PropertyMe

✔️ Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills

✔️ Reliable, professional, team-focused approach

✔️ Australian driver’s licence and access to your own car

✔️ Full Australian working rights
