THE OPPORTUNITY:
PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team in Bathurst on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Coordinate rosters / accommodation and flights
- Maintain document control
- Coordinate employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix
- Manage daily timesheets
- Coordinate plant and equipment maintenance records
- Creditor/Debtor invoicing
- Maintain various reports for Senior Management
- Undertake general office and administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
- High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be favourable but not essential.
- MYOB experience preferred but not essential
