Administration Assistant

THE OPPORTUNITY:

PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team in Bathurst on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with employee onboarding and off-boarding
• Coordinate rosters / accommodation and flights
• Maintain document control
• Coordinate employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix
• Manage daily timesheets
• Coordinate plant and equipment maintenance records
• Creditor/Debtor invoicing
• Maintain various reports for Senior Management
• Undertake general office and administrative duties as required

ABOUT YOU:

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
• High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be favourable but not essential.
• MYOB experience preferred but not essential
