We're looking for detail-oriented individuals ready to kick off their career in a full-time, data-entry-based role. You’ll be working alongside experienced payroll professionals and gaining hands-on experience with advanced systems.

This role is the first step in a long-term career path at PHE.

What you’ll be doing:

• Entering employee timesheets, leave, and pay details accurately
• Supporting the weekly payroll processing cycle for our national workforce
• Maintaining and updating payroll records with a high level of accuracy
• Learning payroll fundamentals and gaining hands-on experience with real payroll systems

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine interest in starting a career in payroll or finance
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry
• Confidence working with numbers and learning new systems
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliability, discretion, and a desire to learn
• No formal payroll experience needed, just bring the right attitude and we’ll train you
