Your role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will need to be able to communicate job expectations, planning, coordinating, monitoring and managing job milestones whilst administering the clients systems, polices and standards. Ultimately you will be in field management to ensure quality outcomes for all safety and electrical environmental compliance.
About you:
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership in site safety and team management
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role (mining experience preferred)
- Previous underground mining experience highly regarded
- Mining Supervisor certification (S123) desirable but not essential
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams)
- Experience interpreting project schedules (MS Project or Primavera)
- Construction Verification Certificate (CVC) & Field Inspection Completion experience
- An excellent understanding of Australian Standards and mining regulations.
- The ability to quickly adapt to project/client standard and specs.
- HV reticulation experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Experience with Smart Completions or other digital commissioning management systems
The successful candidate will have:
- Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech
- Certificate 3 or above in Instrumentation
- NSW Electrical License
- Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)
- Current Unrestricted C Class Driver’s License
- White / Blue Construction Card
Desirable but not essential:
- High-risk work License (with WP class)
- Working at Heights (Completed in the last 16 months)
