A P&G WebCenter Specialist will be responsible for:
- The responsibilities of the WCS is to monitor, control, and expedite Web Center activities required to execute Design Template through routing and approval in WebCenter (software).
- The individual needs knowledge of the end-to-end artwork process to manage the day-to-day tasks throughout the project lifecycle using this software as a platform to monitor those activities.
- The activities can include; creating new WebCenter projects and
- Assigning WebCenter Roles as specified on the Digital SKU Base Plan, uploading, requesting and confirming various elements of the project in the tool.
- Attention to detail to enter numbers into the tool as well as confirming appropriate bill of materials has pulled the correct data.
- With guidance from DDS, initiates the Print Feasibility tasks with suppliers for print proofing, manages upload timing with print suppliers.
- Following up that approvals are completed in accordance with the project schedule.
- Monitoring and promptly updating project statuses/members that change.
- The individual will be responsible to deliver project (via the Webcenter software and overall management of process) to be correct, complete and on-time based on the project Critical Path Schedule (CPS).
