A P&G Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and tactics to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Run and optimize paid search campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and Criteo to increase brand visibility and drive conversions
  • Analyze marketing data, such as engagement metrics, and conversion rates, ad-attributed sales and total POS sales to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, brand managers, and sales representatives, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to stay updated and implement innovative strategies.
  • Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in paid search and retail media platforms such as, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart, and Criteo
  • Proficiency in display advertising execution and optimizations on Amazon
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for creating compelling marketing content and effectively conveying messages to target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret marketing data, identify insights, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Creativity and innovation for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Project management skills to organize and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and customer psychology to create impactful marketing materials and experiences.
