A P&G Storeroom Operator/Supervisor will be responsible for:
1. Follow P&G policies and standard. Adhere and comply to P&G safety, quality, and stewardship (do the right thing),and 5S/housekeeping standards.
2. Complete the training and pass the qualification required for this role. This includes training and be qualified as forklift driver/Taylor Dunn cart.
3. Stock received materials into proper bin/storage location and return to stock efforts. This includes (if required) stock materials into building 6A and 33.
4. Pick right materials from right bin/storage location with the right quantity as per work-orders and pick-list items
5. Report and record any inventory discrepancies during stocking and picking up materials activities to issuer/storeroom team leader
6. Report and record damaged/spoiled items during daily activities (stocking and picking up) to issuer/storeroom team leader for verification
7. Arrange storeroom deliveries by area/planner for delivery and deliver the kitting materials to respective line/machine area with work order and ticket attached to it.
8. Support in 5S and housekeeping efforts: re-labeling bin locations, allocating storeroom items in proper storage areas.
9. May require to have SAP read access to see the quantity of materials in bin and data entry if needed
Deliverables:
- 1 trained and qualified person for this role is always available at work during aligned working hours
- Complete the daily task assigned by issuer/team leader. This daily task is stocking, picking up, and delivery. In low peak load, support the 5S improvement work
- 0 mistake of putting materials at wrong location
- 0 mistake of kitting material as per work order
- 0 mistake of delivery parts to designated line/machine

Qualifications -
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation (ADA guidelines will be followed).
- Fork truck qualified or the ability to become fork truck qualified
- Individual must be detail oriented and agile.
