User Experience Designer

A User Experience Designer will have hands-on experience leading, planning and performing UX Design for solutions of large/high complexity delivering breakthrough results valued at > $1MM.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Works with global and regional UX Skill block leader to influence strategy, co-author / develop material, and conduct UX Design training.
  • Works with global and regional UX Skill block leader to develop P&Gs UX design standards and tools (i.e. UXDL).
  • Collaborates with product and technology teams to finalize intuitive design, resolve design trade offs and user flow issues Teaches/Coaches others to Proficient - contributes to user experience best practices and act as an experience evangelist to the company
  • Evaluates the usability of existing UI library properties and recommend changes where necessary
  • Use white boards, sketches, and paper prototypes to communicate design strategy
  • Responsible for working on scenario development, IA and Navigation, UX Strategies and managing other aspects of overall experience such as visual design (graphics, colors, buttons etc.), sitemap etc.
  • Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals
  • Prepares conceptual prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to mockups, wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal reviews
  • Ensures that graphics and programming aspects follow the tenets of human user interface aspects and also in line with the principles of brand identity

Required Skills:

  • Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts
  • Hands-on experience leading, planning, and performing UX Design for solutions of large/high complexity delivering breakthrough results valued at
  • Is the "Go to" "Wicked" problem solver for designing experiences across brand, category, and business unit.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Design, Engineering or related field
