Key Accountabilities for this role :

  • Lead stakeholders through their change adoption journey to ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management Strategies and Plans.
  • Create and maintain a Communications Plan for all major projects, including channels, schedules, and delivery methods.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to plan and execute change and communication activities.
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Change Impact Assessments (CIAs), and process mapping to identify and document business impacts.
  • Develop a Training Strategy and Plan in partnership with the internal training team.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, create training materials, and deliver training sessions.
  • Gather feedback, conduct research, and present insights to support project initiatives.
  • Promote and support sustainable change management practices.
  • Manage assigned risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to regular reporting for stand-ups and governance forums.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, processes, and regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of any reporting employees or contractors, addressing both physical and psychological hazards.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ demonstrated experience in a similar project management role.
  • Proven experience delivering transformational change projects.
  • Experience working within government or regulatory environments (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, change management, and project delivery best practices.
