 The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced customer service professional to lead our Retail team and deliver exceptional experiences to visitors and customers.

As the Team Lead – Customer Service Retail, you will play a key role in leading front-line operations, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence.

 You will also play a key role in managing customer orders, enquiries, and complaints, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

 About the Role

In this leadership role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and support a team of customer service professionals to deliver outstanding service
  • Drive a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with organisational values
  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities
  • Resolve customer enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery

 About You

You are an engaging leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to succeed. You bring:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within retail or hospitality
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • You are motivated by delivering exceptional service outcomes and are committed to driving continuous improvement within your team.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations is advantageous, but not essential.
