The Opportunity:

We’re after someone who’s switched on, dependable, and takes pride in keeping things safe. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Refinery site, where you’ll be part of the team making sure everything, and everyone, is protected.

You’ll be the kind of person who’s comfortable behind the scenes, keeping an eye on things, managing who comes and goes, and stepping in when something needs attention. From monitoring security systems to helping out in emergencies, your work helps keep the site running smoothly.

It’s a role with plenty of variety, and while some days might be quiet, others will keep you on your toes. If you’re someone who likes being trusted to get things done, enjoys working with a close-knit team, and takes pride in doing things properly, this could be a great fit.

About You:

You’ve got Level 2 security experience, that’s a must, and you’re confident handling access control, CCTV, and keeping an eye on what’s happening across a busy site. You’ve got your Senior First Aid certificate, and if you’ve also done a Certificate II in Security Operations, that’s a bonus.

You’re calm under pressure, good with people, and not afraid to speak up when something doesn’t look right. You’re the kind of person who notices the little things, follows through, and keeps things moving without making a fuss.

You take safety seriously - not just your own, but everyone’s. You understand the importance of confidentiality, and you’re mindful of the environment too. Whether it’s helping a teammate, reporting an incident, or just being a steady presence on site, you’re someone others can count on.
