THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will support the shop and exhibition team with seamless retail operations by managing inventory control, coordinating stock movements, processing online orders, and maintaining accurate merchandising, while also completing key administrative tasks such as daily banking, raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and maintaining essential documentation to ensure compliance, security, and efficient store performance across all activities.

ABOUT YOU

You bring strong customer service and sales capability, supported by excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You work with high attention to detail, manage your time effectively, and are confident using computers in a fast‑paced environment. You handle conflict with professionalism, negotiate effectively, and apply solid numeracy skills to ensure accuracy. You’re driven by results, demonstrate emotional intelligence in every interaction, and thrive when working collaboratively with others.
