The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team on a casual basis, working from our East Perth office. This role offers a flexible arrangement of 2-3 days per week, with an immediate start available.

You’ll provide hands on legal and administrative support across the business, assisting with research, document drafting, intellectual property administration, and internal systems management. This is a varied role where attention to detail and clear communication really matter.

About You:

You’re reliable, organised, and detail focused, with a genuine interest in legal operations. You’re comfortable juggling tasks, following processes, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Ideally, you’re studying law (second year or above), have completed legal studies, or you’re a career paralegal. Previous experience in-house or in private practice is highly regarded but not essential.

You’re confident assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, maintaining registers and document management systems, responding to information requests, and supporting general legal administration.

If you enjoy working in a professional environment, take pride in well organised work, and want a flexible role with real impact - we’d love to hear from you.
