ABOUT THE POSITION 

Perth Mint are seeking D365 FO Functional Consultants to join us on our digital transformation. The roles will support the following functional areas: Finance, Commerce, Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain Management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct business stakeholder workshops to understand key requirements across Perth Mint. Be prepared to challenge business stakeholders assumptions and present ideas.
  • Develop business requirements, functional design documents and acceptance testing scripts.
  • Configure D365FO, including security, workflows, forms & reports.
  • Help the team through the life cycle of an implementation, providing key inputs during design, data migration, support solution testing, build test cases, assist with functional, system and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver training to business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change management planning and implementation.
  • Work alongside, and help, the broader Business Technology team
  • Ensure sufficient knowledge and expertise is shared with colleagues to enable adequate support during staff absences.


ABOUT YOU

We are looking for candidates who have the following:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment
  • Solves complex problems with creative solutions
  • Places emphasis on stakeholder satisfaction
