The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join us on a 12-month maximum term, full time basis, working closely with both business and technical teams to help shape and deliver meaningful change.

In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs, define clear requirements, and guide initiatives from early feasibility through to delivery and testing. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into well considered technology solutions that improve how work gets done every day.

This is a role for someone who enjoys thoughtful conversations, brings clarity to complexity, and takes pride in helping ideas turn into outcomes.

About You:

You’re a collaborative and analytical Business Analyst who builds strong relationships and quickly understands how the business operates. You’re comfortable working across prefeasibility, feasibility, and delivery, defining and prioritising IT and digital initiatives.

You bring experience capturing and articulating functional and non-functional requirements, analysing and improving business processes, and producing clear, practical design artefacts. You work closely with Program and Project Managers, architects, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure solutions align with business and architectural standards.

You’re confident contributing to solution and product evaluations, cost–benefit analysis, testing activities, and UAT preparation, and you communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

You hold a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline and have demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst, with a calm, thoughtful approach that helps teams deliver the right outcomes.
