The Opportunity:
This is your chance to step into one of the most influential security roles in Western Australia. It’s not just a position - it’s a career defining opportunity.
From day one, you’ll feel the trust placed in you. Some days will be about precision - analysing CCTV data, preparing technical documentation, and making sure systems align with national frameworks. Other days will be about looking ahead - advising on emerging risks, overseeing dignitary visits, and guiding strategies that keep our people and assets safe.
We know life doesn’t stand still, and neither should your career. That’s why flexibility isn’t an add on here - it’s built into the way we work. Whether it’s a 9-day fortnight or hours tailored to your lifestyle, we’ll help you design a rhythm that works for you.
This opportunity is for someone who thrives at the centre of critical decisions, who enjoys being trusted with responsibility, and who wants to make a lasting impact. If you’re ready to step forward, this is more than a job - it’s a chance to influence, protect, and shape the future.
About You:
You’re someone who knows security is more than systems and procedures - it’s about planning, intelligence, and trust. You don’t just collect information - you make sense of it, communicate it clearly, and turn it into decisions that matter. You’ve worked in high security environments, and you understand how to balance compliance with practicality.
You’re calm under pressure, professional in your approach, and confident with stakeholders at every level. You notice the details, you follow through, and you know how to keep systems strong while driving improvement. You take compliance seriously, and you care about innovation - about making security smarter, sharper, and more adaptive to the risks we face.
Alongside this, you bring the right background to succeed. You hold a security licence, and should you not already have one, can obtain an ASIC white card. You have relevant industry experience, and ideally a tertiary qualification in a security related discipline or law enforcement. You’ve demonstrated your ability to assess and apply security risk management in high security environments, and you know how to identify and advise on emerging issues and trends.
You’re confident designing physical and electronic security elements, developing technical documents, and examining data to provide clear recommendations. And, most importantly, you’re someone others can count on - you bring clarity, confidence, and care to every aspect of security, and are ready to step into a role where your work makes a real difference.
