ABOUT YOU

You'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing existing applications to ensure they meet evolving business needs and align with service expectations.

The role has the following accountabilities :

  • Conduct business stakeholder workshops to understand key requirements across Perth Mint. Be prepared to challenge business stakeholders assumptions and present ideas.
  • Successfully demonstrate D365 solution capabilities to the client and provide examples to ascertain business requirements; advising on D365 business cases and propose solutions based on D365, 3rd parties and customizations.
  • Develop business requirements, functional design documents and acceptance testing scripts.
  • Configure D365 F&O, including security, workflows, forms & reports.
  • Help the team through the life cycle of an implementation providing key inputs during design, data migration, support solution testing, build test cases, assist with functional, system and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver training to business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to change management planning and implementation.
  • Work alongside, and help, the broader Business Technology team
  • Ensure sufficient knowledge and expertise is shared with colleagues to enable adequate support during staff absences.

We are looking for a candidate who :

  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
  • Demonstrates a thorough-level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in stakeholder discussions and meetings; managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents.
