The Opportunity:

We’re currently seeking a switched on, dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a 15-month full-time maximum term role, based at our Refinery site, where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safety of both people and operations.

In this role, you’ll be comfortable working behind the scenes - monitoring site activity, managing access, and responding when something needs attention. From overseeing security systems to assisting during incidents or emergencies, your work will help keep the site running smoothly.

No two days are the same. While some shifts may be steady, others will require quick thinking and adaptability. If you’re someone who enjoys being trusted to get on with the job, values working as part of a close knit team, and takes pride in doing things properly, this could be a great fit.

About You:

You’ve got Level 2 security experience, that’s a must, and you’re confident handling access control, CCTV, and keeping an eye on what’s happening across a busy site. You also hold a Senior First Aid certificate.

You’re calm under pressure, good with people, and not afraid to speak up when something doesn’t look right. You’re the kind of person who notices the little things, follows through, and keeps things moving without making a fuss.

You take safety seriously - not just your own, but everyone’s. You understand the importance of confidentiality, and you’re mindful of the environment too. Whether it’s helping a teammate, reporting an incident, or just being a steady presence on site, you’re someone others can count on.
