ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Project Officer Leadership Development to support creation of a leadership capability framework and implementation of a whole of business leadership program. You must be a driven individual who is experienced in the design and delivery of effective leadership programs.

 

Your role as a Project Officer Leadership Development:


  • Assess current leadership capabilities, using appropriate diagnostic tools to identify skill gaps.
  • Consult with employees and people leaders to capture learnings from existing leadership development programs.
  • Design and develop a leadership capability framework to support and drive the skills and behaviours required to deliver on our strategy.
  • Develop training programs, materials, and development plans to address the identified gaps.
  • Source and collaborate with internal and external learning partners to deliver learning solutions/outcomes.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant disciplines including a thorough knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, talent development systems, understanding of / certification in the application of behavioural tools.
  • Experience in development and execution of contemporary leadership programs.
  • Demonstrated change and project management capability.
  • Experience leading and influencing others.
