What you will be responsible for in this role :

  • Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Maintain records and documentation for data protection procedures and protocols.
  • Utilise existing technology to support the organisation's data protection objectives and policies.
  • Design and tune system enforced data loss prevention rules to secure corporate data and enhance end-user data protection practices.
  • Assist in the deployment of data protection measures.
  • Analyse, report, and document the performance of data protection solutions.
  • Contribute to the investigation of data loss incidents.
  • Provide timely standard and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Identify, report, and escalate risks, data loss concerns, issues, and failures. 

We are looking for someone with :

  • Qualifications in fields with focus on technical or analytical fields highly regarded.
  • 2+ years experience an analytical or administrative role.
  • Microsoft Information Protection and /or Forcepoint
