What you will be responsible for in this role :
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Maintain records and documentation for data protection procedures and protocols.
- Utilise existing technology to support the organisation's data protection objectives and policies.
- Design and tune system enforced data loss prevention rules to secure corporate data and enhance end-user data protection practices.
- Assist in the deployment of data protection measures.
- Analyse, report, and document the performance of data protection solutions.
- Contribute to the investigation of data loss incidents.
- Provide timely standard and ad-hoc reporting.
- Identify, report, and escalate risks, data loss concerns, issues, and failures.
We are looking for someone with :
- Qualifications in fields with focus on technical or analytical fields highly regarded.
- 2+ years experience an analytical or administrative role.
- Microsoft Information Protection and /or Forcepoint
