About Us:
Welcome to The Perth Mint, where golden career opportunities await.
The Perth Mint is an iconic Western Australian organisation operating on a truly global scale. Situated in East Perth for over 125 years, The Perth Mint is a premier tourist destination, an award-winning exporter, and a key supplier of precious metals to markets throughout the world. Our purpose is ‘to bring the wonder of precious metals to the world’.
There’s no organisation quite like it, with a variety of roles available, from engineers and chemists to artists and technicians.
The Opportunity:
A genuinely strong B2B marketing role with real ownership, based in our East Perth office, and with an immediate start. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you’ll drive growth and visibility across institutional, wholesale and treasury segments for The Perth Mint.
You’ll lead integrated campaigns across digital, content and events, taking them from idea through to execution and optimisation. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Product, Digital, and Corporate Affairs, ensuring offerings are clearly positioned and differentiated in a competitive, global market.
There’s plenty of stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally, along with responsibility for agencies, partners, and industry relationships. You’ll also play a key role in delivering events, conferences and client engagement initiatives that support lead generation and brand presence.
About You:
You’re a proactive, energetic B2B marketer who enjoys being in the detail and getting things done. You bring experience across digital platforms and marketing to business audiences, ideally within mining, engineering, financial services, commodities, or similar environments.
You’ve delivered integrated campaigns and have exposure to events and stakeholder engagement activity. You’re confident managing stakeholders at all levels and working with agencies and external partners to get outcomes delivered.
Commercially aware and hands on, you’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities and taking ownership. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is desired, but not essential.
