THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the planning, delivery, and management of facilities-related projects across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that directly support our strategic objectives, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, embedding safety standards, and promoting sustainability practices throughout all project phases.
This position requires strong project management expertise, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in shaping the organisation’s built environment, enhancing operational efficiency, and creating spaces that reflect our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a candidate who has the below:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Project management certification.
- Experience managing end-to-end facilities or construction projects.
- Strong background in vendor and contract management.
- Knowledge and understanding of building codes and standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards preferred.
