ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY :
In this role, you will obtain quotes, book and action daily dispatches across multiple business units while ensuring full compliance with the Perth Mint Prudential Management Policy and Australian Customs Regulations; provide the most time‑efficient and cost‑effective freight solutions for all domestic and international consignments; act as a key point of contact for internal departments across both the East Perth and Refinery sites as well as external customers, suppliers and 3PL providers; manage customer and supplier claims through to thorough and satisfactory resolution; support reverse logistics for rejected or returned products; prepare and maintain accurate electronic shipping documentation and ensure all records are stored for audit compliance; assist with logistics reporting and maintain spreadsheets, databases and freight rate matrices; and track logistics costs while performing accurate reconciliation of logistics invoices.
ABOUT YOU :
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, effective stakeholder management, solid time‑management capabilities, and a high level of computer literacy.
You must have completed Year 12 or equivalent, be able to obtain a White ASIC Card (which can be arranged), and demonstrate experience in administration and logistics.
