The Opportunity:
We’re looking for someone to join our Refinery Maintenance team in a full-time, permanent role - someone who’s ready to step in, take ownership, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on support role where your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and keep things moving will make a real difference. You’ll be working closely with contractors, coordinating tasks across departments, and helping the team stay on top of the day-to-day flow of work. From managing documents and tracking expenses to following up on quotes and ensuring vendors are cleared to attend site, your contribution will be essential.

About You:
You’re someone who’s dependable, detail focused, and comfortable juggling a few things at once. You’ve likely worked in a support role before, and you know how to keep things on track without letting the small stuff slip through the cracks.
You’re confident using systems and tools to stay organised, and you’re happy working with others - whether it’s following up with contractors, liaising across departments, or making sure everything’s documented and accounted for. You’re someone who listens carefully, communicates clearly, and understands the importance of doing things safely and responsibly. You’re also someone who’s mindful of the environment around you, you take safety seriously, and you speak up when something doesn’t feel right.
If you’ve got a Certificate III or IV in Business, that’s great - but if you’ve got the experience and the mindset, we’re keen to hear from you either way.
