 ABOUT YOU

Your role as a Major Projects Manager : 

1. Project Planning & Scope Definition

  • Define project goals, objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Prepare detailed project plans with milestones and activities.

2. Resource & Budget Management

  • Identify and allocate internal and third-party resources.
  • Prepare and track project budgets and financial forecasts.

3. Execution & Monitoring

  • Manage project delivery, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Track status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

4. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, purchasing, and contract management.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and tender processes.

5. Stakeholder & Risk Management

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
  • Design and implement risk management plans.
  • Promote standardised project management practices (APM, PMI, PRINCE2).


We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • Proven experience in implementing major business change initiatives.
  • A strong track record of delivering large-scale projects within agreed scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a comparable project management role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading technology transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and AIS (desirable but not essential).
