ABOUT YOU – Associate Retail Sales

As an Associate Retail Sales team member, you’ll be the welcoming face of The Perth Mint—delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and clients while showcasing your professionalism and passion for our unique product range. You’ll become an expert in our diverse selection of jewellery, coins, and gifts, helping customers find pieces they’ll treasure.

In this role, you will:

• Provide warm, knowledgeable service to all customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Confidently handle enquiries and process sales through our POS system
• Manage store inboxes, including staff shopping emails
• Support the secure removal and setup of high‑value stock each day
• Assist with stocktakes and maintain organised storeroom inventory
• Help bring our displays to life through visual merchandising and regular restocking
• Keep the store clean, polished, and inviting
• Take part in weekend operations, including till balancing, banking preparation, and EFTPOS reconciliation
• Be available for both weekday and weekend shifts

What You Bring

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales
• Jewellery experience is highly regarded
• A genuine passion for jewellery, coins, and creating memorable customer experiences
