ABOUT THE ROLE

To provide end to end contract management of Refining Agreements and ensure successful onboarding of refining customers. The role is based at our Perth Airport location with free onsite parking.  

 

Your role as Contracts Specialist:

  • Responsible for the development and management of Refining Agreements, Amendment Deeds, Novations and Proposals, for new and existing customers, in line with Gold Corporation’s requirements
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers and adhering to the Responsible Metals and Supply Chain Management System. Liaises with Responsible Sourcing Analyst and General Manager of Commercial Development to assess new customers
  • Participate in Customer Relationship Strategy development meetings 
  • Maintains the New Customer and Refining Agreement Procedure
  • Assist with Marketing activities as required. Participate in Marketing meetings
  • Draft and manage company master company Refining Agreement and Amendment Deed templates, in consultation with Legal, Risk, Treasury and Finance Teams
  • Maintain compliance with legislative requirements and Gold Corporation’s Prudential Management Policy
  • Liaises with existing and new customers to promote responsible metal practices throughout the mining industry. 
  • Provide general contracts administrative support as required.
  • Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Contracts Management or similar from an accredited organisation
  • Demonstrated experience contracts management, supply chain management, marketing or similar
