In this role you will implement elements of the stakeholder engagement strategy while offering support and advice to internal stakeholders with the aim of strengthening strategic stakeholder relationships for The Perth Mint.

This is a part-time, fixed term opportunity for 12 months, working 4 days per week, based in East Perth.


Your role as an Advisor Stakeholder Engagement will involve: 

  • Implement actions from TPM’s Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement and communication plans and programs of work
  • Undertake stakeholder engagement activities including promotion and maintenance of the stakeholder register and stakeholder mapping
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to demonstrate expertise and continue to build trust for the function across the business
  • Prepare stakeholder briefing materials as required
  • Deliver stakeholder communication plans and content as required using the existing framework
  • Deliver stakeholder communications reporting as required


We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • Iap2 Australasia Certificate in Engagement
  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering communication plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to create content, be agile and meet agreed deadlines
