ABOUT YOU

As an experienced workforce planning specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a whole of business workforce planning framework which aligns with our corporate strategic initiative. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to undertake workforce supply modelling/gap analysis and recommend interventions to address the gap areas for critical to long term roles.

  

Your role as a Workforce Planning Specialist:

  •  Develop and maintain a whole of business workforce planning framework to deliver corporate strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake workforce supply modelling, identify sources of workload/skill demands and conduct gap analysis.
  • Identify critical roles for current and future activities along with timescales and trigger points.
  • Develop data driven talent requirement models specifying current and future resource requirements.
  • Identify a comprehensive view of where gaps exist between forecast demand and resource capacity.
  • Produce and continually update a set of data analytics to identify trends/workforce requirements.   
  • Construct and continually apprise dashboard talent monitoring and establish data integrity through ongoing analysis and audit.
  • Researching internal and external market data to prepare benchmarks and report on relevant trends and best practices.
  • Report and brief senior management on workforce supply modelling analysis.
  • Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work. 

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Analytics or Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning.
  • Proficiency with workforce planning tools and/or analytics software
