ABOUT YOU

Your role as a Tester:

  • Test planning and Design – develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Test Execution – Execute functional, integration, regression testing. Record and track test results, including defects and issues in the test management tool.
  • Defect Management – Identify, document and prioritise defects accurately. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Requirement Analysis – Review business requirements and any technical specifications to ensure test coverage. Provide feedback on requirements to improve clarity and testability.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, business owners and other QA team members
  • Test Reporting – Provide clear and timely updates on test progress, risks and results
  • Quality Advocacy – Champion quality assurance practises within the team. Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Compliance and Standards – Ensure testing adheres to organizational policies, standards and compliance requirements.


We are looking for a candidate who brings:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience in Information Technology
  • Demonstrated software testing experience
  • Test Design and Execution experience
  • Knowledge of Testing tools
  • Understanding of the SDLC and STLC
