The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail driven Customer Service professional to join our team on a full-time, 12-month maximum term basis. Based in our East Perth office, this role is available with an immediate commencement.
In this role, you’ll support our B2B Wholesale customers after they’ve purchased minted products, playing a key part in ensuring every order is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Our wholesale partners include distributors, dealers, and business clients who rely on us for timely, compliant, and well managed transactions.
You’ll manage the end-to-end post purchase experience for wholesale orders - from coordinating high value order processing and responding to partner enquiries, through to tracking shipments and ensuring successful delivery. Acting as a trusted point of contact for our wholesale accounts, you’ll help maintain strong relationships while ensuring all interactions align with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly - who enjoys working with precision, values compliance, and understands the importance of trust when dealing with high value B2B transactions. You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, accountability, and delivering a consistently excellent experience for our wholesale partners.
About You:
You’re calm, organised, and confident working in a B2B customer service environment where accuracy, professionalism, and compliance really matter. You communicate clearly, listen carefully, and take a considered approach to problem solving - particularly when managing high value wholesale orders and partner enquiries.
You’re comfortable working with email and phone, managing multiple wholesale accounts and competing priorities, and maintaining strong attention to detail across order management and documentation. You take ownership of your work, follow processes carefully, and understand the importance of risk awareness and regulatory compliance when supporting business customers.
You’re also a collaborative team member - open to feedback, supportive of others, and motivated to continuously improve how things are done to better support our wholesale partners and internal teams.
