Airport Services Officer - Front of House

Our team are currently looking for an enthusiastic Airport Services Officer.

What you'll do:

Working in a small team from Monday to Friday, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service skills by being the first point of contact for airport staff and contractors working on the Perth Airport estate.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will administer all aspects of access to the airport estate including identification card issuing, record keeping, auditing, reporting, compliance and cash receipt management through multiple applications.

About you:

You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and enjoy context switching from one customer to the next. You are resilient, and combine a can do attitude with patience when working with our stakeholders. You are able to demonstrate your initiative and problem solving ability whilst working within the Aviation Transport Security Regulations. You are a self starter who can demonstrate proficiency with current technology and online platforms. You're a team player who collaborates with others.
