Finance Business Partner - Operations

With an exciting program of work, the Finance team are looking for a Business Partner to Join the organisation!

What you'll do:

In this integral function, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate and reliable financial support to the Operations team. This includes performance analysis & reporting, business planning and project work.

Reporting to the Manager Business Planning & Analysis, this role will key be in providing detailed reporting to ensure the business has a clear understanding of services and utilities, maintenance and other spend as well as assisting in identifying opportunities for improvement. The role provides financial support to all operational teams including the Energy and Jet Fuel areas.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting the business with management reporting, budgeting & forecasts, preparation of business cases and building ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you:

The role requires you to be organised, efficient, proactive and have a high level of attention to detail. You will have previously demonstrated experience in a similar role and be a team player.

The successful candidate will hold a CA, CPA or CIMA qualification with a minimum of 5 years industry experience. You will also require experience in financial modelling, Microsoft Office suite and experience in developing business cases and Board Papers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability and be well versed at working collaboratively with Senior Leaders within the business. You will possess the ability to work independently and autonomously.
